The pneumatic Lock & Cylinder (L&C) punch press is an integrated, multi-levels, revolutionary machine for replacing copy routers.
The machine enables accurate positioning of perforations for hardware. These perforations are done at once, on both vertical & horizontal axes,
while a pneumatic clamping system ensures clean cut lines.
In only one operation the inserted lock, cylinder and handles fits accurately.
The L&C system usually includes a number of mandrels, along with under plates for height adjustments.
Each machine may adjust for several profiles, using varying combinations between mandrels and under plates.
Round handles which can be pulled out allow the operator to neutralize one or both horizontal movement, according the needs.
Operating Combinations:
1. Both levels simultaneously – Lock & Cylinders.
2. Vertical level only – Lock.
3. Horizontal level only – Cylinders: left and right, left only or right only.
